1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website, titaninvestment.com (the "Site"), is operated by Titan Investment LLC, an International Business Company registered in the Republic of Seychelles, with its registered address at F2-2A, Oceanic House, Providence Estate, Mahe, Seychelles ("Titan", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

These terms govern the Site only. Any market-making, liquidity, advisory or other service Titan provides to a client is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

2. Digital assets only — no securities

The Site and the services it describes are intended solely for digital assets that are not classified as securities under the laws of any jurisdiction. Titan does not offer, sell, or trade securities, and nothing on the Site should be construed as an offer or solicitation to engage in securities trading.

Titan does not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, or to use any venue, protocol or product.

3. Information on the Site

The Site describes Titan's services in general terms. Figures, charts and visualisations shown on the Site — including order books, spreads, prices and dashboards — are illustrative simulations unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not records of real market activity, not a statement of past performance, and not a forecast.

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no representation that it is complete, correct or up to date, and we may change it at any time without notice.

4. Eligibility and your use of the Site

The Site is for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to scrape or copy it in bulk, and not to send anything unlawful, misleading or malicious through the contact form.

Access from, or use by, any person or entity located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where such access or use is prohibited, or by any person subject to sanctions, is not permitted.

5. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the Site does not create any client relationship or obligation on Titan. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement and the completion of Titan's onboarding, including identity, sanctions and anti-money-laundering checks where they apply.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, design, graphics, code, the Titan name and marks — belong to Titan or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and print pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners and are shown to identify them; no endorsement is implied either way.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example, social networks, messaging apps and scheduling tools). They are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan and its directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, including loss of profits, data or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or anything on it, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Titan against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Seychelles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
